'Real Housewives' Hubby Joe Giudice Could Go to Jail for 10 Years [POLL]
"Juicy Joe" Rejected a Plea After Being Accused of Obtaining a Fake Driver's License
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo predicted in a recent episode of the reality series that castmate Joe Giudice might soon have "to go somewhere," i.e. jail, and it looks like that might turn out to be true.
Giudice was indicted by a grand jury in New Jersey last December of fraudulently obtaining a driver's license using his brother's personal information. In a court hearing on Monday, Giudice rejected a plea deal that would have sent him to prison for five years, so now he'll be forced to go to trial in the matter, and could face up to 10 years in jail, RadarOnline.com reports.

A judge has set Oct. 1 as the date Giudice, husband of RH star Teresa Giudice, will return to court again to set a trial date.
Giudice, 42, began his saga of legal woes when his own license was suspended after a January 2010 incident in which he flipped his truck and was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Then, authorities charge, he used the marriage license and birth certificate of his brother Pietro to obtain a fake license, which came to light when Pietro Giudice was pulled over by police (what a family, right?).
When Pietro's license was run through the computer system, a photo of Joe Giudice popped up instead, and Joe Giudice was charged with one count of second-degree wrongful identity and one count of fourth-degree impersonation.

In New Jersey, obtaining a fraudulent license could lead to 10 years in prison.
Joe Giudice, RadarOnline.com reports, is seeking probation on the basis of having no prior criminal convictions.
What do you think?
Should "Juicy Joe" get probation, or should he be sent to the slammer?
