'Real Housewives' Star Taylor Armstrong Receives Death Threats
Teen Girl Makes Death Threats Against Taylor Armstrong
The person harassing Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Amstrong with death threats on Twitter has been identified.
A teenage girl from New Jersey made the threats, according to a report from RadarOnline.
On January 29, Armstrong received a Twitter message from @Hardboiledpeggs reading "see u on February 7 ill be there with a book and a rope so i can kidnap u."
Armstrong responded, "Don't ever contact me again."
It took a decidedly darker turn when she threatened Armstrong's daughter Kennedy: "Turn around bright eyes every now and then, Kennedy's dead."
Armstrong again responded, "Don't ever contact me again."
Twitter user @hardboiledpeggs has since been deleted and the FBI was able to identify the death threat originator.
A law enforcement source tells RadarOnline: "This was taken very, very seriously. The death threats Taylor and her daughter received are from a teenage girl that lives in New Jersey. The teenager appears to suffer from mental health issues. Taylor is extremely grateful to the FBI for identifying the culprit."
Armstrong is scheduled to do a book signing event on February 7 in New Jersey. Security for her signing has reportedly been beefed up following the death threats.
Armstrong is promoting her book, "Hiding From Reality: My Story of Love, Loss, and Finding the Courage Within," a memoir that tells about the domestic and verbal abuse she suffered from her husband Russell Armstrong.
Armstrong's memoir goes on sale February 7.
