Drake and Rihanna: Will She Thank Him Later?

Rihanna and Drake both have a hot R&B edge, and both use their catchy middle names as stage names. After on-and-off hookup rumors that date back to '09, we've all been waiting for confirmation that they're the entertainment industry's new item...and today there's new evidence that they are, in fact, making some sweet, sweet music together.

Back in 2009 after her split from Chris Brown, rumors surfaced to hint that Rihanna had had enough of healing her wounds and was getting down with Drake. The buzz was brief, however, because the Barbadan beauty quelched rumors by saying, "I definitely was attracted to Drake, but ... we didn't want to take it any further." The singer, 23, added, "It was at a really fragile time in my life, so I just didn't want to get too serious with anything or anyone at that time."

But last week, nearly two and a half years after her split from bully-boyfriend Chris Brown, Rihanna admitted that she's totally back in the dating game...and having fun being a player. "Men are like hunters; they like the chase," she told Cosmo UK. "So you have to keep 'em guessing. Actually, I'm like that too. I get bored quickly."

But so far Drake, 24, has continued to hold Rihanna's interest. The pair were reportedly spotted kissing at Montreal's Buonanotte supper club in June, and after Rihanna was on her holiest behavior while out with her brother and cousins in New York last week, insiders are suggesting she's not flirting it up in public because she and Drake are getting more serious in private.

The catch? With both stars on the bubble of long-lasting careers, it sounds like neither of them are ready to commit. Monday another Rihanna report revealed that she's signed a contract as the Fall 2011, uh, face of Emporio Armani underwear, and right now she has her hands full with her current Loud tour. Sounds like Drake share's Rihanna's fear of real commitment, as a source says, "He wants to date around."
