Rihanna's got her tattoo parlor of choice in a bit of a bind: is that the price you pay for giving celebs a tat or two? TMZ recently cracked open Rihanna's "fine" time at a New York tattoo place in July. Do you think they're rethinking their choice, or is it worth it to get even more publicity?

Rihanna's summertime tat trip landed her in the artist's chair when she inked a few friends, and it sounds like the word got out! Now the tattoo parlor is being charged somewhere between $200 to $2000 in fines, once New York's health squad caught on.

TMZ reported: "The day after Rihanna made her mark, East Side Ink was issued a citation by the the NYC Department of Health for 'operating with an unlicensed tattoo artist on site.'"
