Rihanna's Spiked-Out Dress

She's tough... as spikes

At Rihanna's record release party, she wanted to get one message across: Watch out; I'm tough. At least we think that's what her choice of fashion was trying to say. Rihanna's gold dress was totally spiked out!

What did you think of Rihanna's tough look? While we would probably never wear the dress ourselves, we have to admit we think it suited Rihanna quite well for her record release party. She's showing everyone that she's here, she's in control, and nothing can hurt her.

Not that anyone would even try to hurt her in that spiky dress. Rihanna's gold dress by Blonds was covered in gold spikes. And she even had matching Christian Louboutin gold spiky shoes! And to add to that sort-of mysterious, hard look, Rihanna wore dark sunglasses and bright red lipstick.

We really don't think many people could pull off Rihanna's gold dress, but she did a pretty fabulous job of it. And her haircut seems to go along with the tough look perfectly! What did you think of her spiky look?
