Robert Pattinson Talks Costumes for 'Water for Elephants'
That includes skivvies
Robert Pattinson's been interviewing up a storm in preparation of the release of Water for Elephants! Reese might be giving some quiet interviews and pimping her wedding, but I'd rather read about Rob's skivvies.
Robert said that the detail on the set was amazing, and that it felt like you stepped back in time when you got to work.
"There was an embankment with a train track on the top. All the trailers were on one side, and then the circus world was on the other. Once you walked over the tracks, there would be a camera, but that was the only thing from the 21st Century," he said.
"We were out in the middle of the desert in Fillmore, and there was nothing else around. And, authentic period underpants do actually help, as well. I actually wore them every single day."

Pardon me for being dense, but what does the underwear "help" with? The heat? The look? The mindset? I didn't get it, but I did get a nice visual of Robert Pattinson wearing yummy '20s garb, which makes him look so. good.
I'm getting the feeling that this actor is thrilled to not be doing something Breaking Dawn-related. I don't blame him, and he's a darn good interview. Yay for Water for Elephants! Can't wait.
