Robert Pattinson terrified of teenage girls
Actor Robert Pattinson is terrified of the teenage girls who track his every move and is homesick for London, it has been claimed. The British-born Twilight hunk has been filming his new flick, Remember Me, in New York.
Hordes of girls have been caught on tape chasing him as he moves between his set and trailer. And their pursuit of him was blamed when he was clipped by a taxi cab last month in the city. An insider said: "Robert is dying to get back home. He's so over everything. "He's overwhelmed by all the girls - they terrify him! "He says girls grab his neck and clothing all of the time, and he's not used to that. "Fans don't do that to him in London. Everyone there is a little cooler about the fame thing, which is what he's used to." The 23-year-old has even switched hotels in a bid to evade his obsessed fans. The source told a US newspaper: "He stayed in two different hotels over the course of four days just to try to escape the fans who were following him. He's afraid that if he gives a hand, they'll take the whole arm. He's being advised by security not to encourage the crowd, so he doesn't even look up any more." A source added: "He's so skinny and stressed. Everyone on set is worried about him." A representative for Pattinson was unavailable for comment.
