Robin Wright Penn Files for Divorce

"Irreconcilable Differences."

Hollywood's most famous rollercoaster marriage has hit another dip. Robin Wright Penn, star of Forest Gump and The Princess Bride, has filed divorce from her Academy Award winning husband Sean Penn.

According to an interview Wright Penn did with More magazine, the 43-year old actress has no plans of getting back with her husband to sort things out. "I hit that crossroad a while ago," she said. "I know what I don't want."

Sean Penn and Robin Wright started dating after Penn divorced from Madonna in 1989. The two had a daughter and a son in the early '90s, and then were married in 1996.

In 2007, the couple announced they were divorcing, only to dismiss the petition a couple of months later. Then, earlier this year, after Penn won his second Oscar for the role of Harvey Milk, he filed for divorce again. Reports claimed that he was going to dismiss this one as well, but Wright Penn has denied any reconciliation.

According to friends, the couple has always had a "peculiar chemistry." And at least a couple of good things came out of this peculiar relationship. "I, we, have two amazing children we raised together," said Wright Penn.
