Hurry up and eat your Elton!

Sometimes we go through phases where we swear off men. "Never again," we say, vowing to steer clear of the entire male population. Correction, the entire male population save two: Ben and Jerry. Now, three: Ben, Jerry, and Sir Elton John.

The musical icon (whom we sometimes mistake for our Aunt Gladys) has been granted his very own ice cream flavor, the cleverly titled, Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road. Yellow Brickle memorializes (in cream and sugar), Sir Elton's first ever concert in Vermont (home of Ben & Jerry's), which took place on July 21, 2008.

Ben & Jerry's describes the flavor as "an outrageous symphony of decadent chocolate ice cream, peanut butter cookie dough, butter brickle, and white chocolate chunks." Mmmm. Unlike the perennial crooner, the limited edition flavor is only available until July 25! Hurry!
