Russell Brand Has a Few Things to Say

Russell Brand has admitted that he thinks Kanye West should be given a break: people are really hating on him after he interrupted poor Taylor Swift in the beginning of her acceptance speech. What's more perfect than one jerk saying to another that he should be forgiven?

According to PEOPLE, Russell Brand told Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM that because of his unruly past behavior, he can understand where Kanye is coming from.

"I know Kanye, and I know he's a nice bloke. We all make mistakes in life," Brand said, although he also commented that he wanted to take West aside backstage and explain that, despite being "a little bit excited," you mustn't "make a pretty girl cry."

If Russell Brand gets it and you don't, things are looking pretty dim, Kanye!
