Salma Hayek To Help Launch Cleansing Juice Line.

What was Salma Hayek's secret to slimming down before her wedding last year? Juicing. Now the pro who taught her how to let the juice loose is bottling up his magical concoctions. Here's the story.

After Salma Hayek quickly and healthfully shed mega-pounds after the birth of her daughter and before her 2009 wedding, she told her juicing pro Eric Helms that she wanted to see him put his potion on the shelves. After some prompting, Helms agreed, and he's preparing to launch his juicing line called Cooler Cleanse.

Salma Hayek will help Helms get the word about about the cleanse, which boasts recipes that took a full year to Hayek and Helms to formulate. The juices include apples and beets, grapefruit, mint, young coconut water and nut milk with dates. Yum! Helms says that 43-year-old Hayek is the perfect celebrity to help him put Cooler Cleanse on the market: not only is Salma Hayek gorgeous, but she knows what's good. Says Eric Helms, "If you know her, you know she's very particular."
