Sandra Won't Let Her People Buy the Groceries
Sandra Bullock might be famous, but her helpers don't have to head out to the grocery store for her! Sandra told the press that not having staff do every little thing for her keeps her down to earth--and that means she's heading off to the markets on a regular basis.
"I like to do my own food shopping. I don't have a staff to go out and get shopping for me. Occasionally I will ask someone to go out and pick me up some wine if they are by the store - but I always buy my own stuff," she said.
Sandra, who lives in Austin, Texas, "I don't get hassled by people either when I go shopping. They are so over me here it's fantastic. They actually roll their eyes at me as if to say, 'Oh not her again.'"
That's awesome for her, especially because she's obviously not the type to crave attention as a "star." While plenty of people might be over her toodling around in the market, I wouldn't mind seeing her--or any other celeb. I live in Miami; where's Matt Damon?!
