Santa is gonna be pissed.

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer was a staple of Christmas lore, a classic holiday character, and a cute little dude to boot ... and then Sarah Palin shot him. Check out this hilarious clip from Conan O'Brien that shows the former Alaska Governor going in for the kill.

But this year's show was so much more ... violent.

On last night's Conan, the fire-haired comedian showed America a clip of the show and explained its creator had decided to update the story in order to make it a little more "contemporary."

The clip that followed showed gun-happy Sarah Palin lining up the classic cartoon reindeer in the sights of her rifle. Check out the disturbing, hilarious video below.
