Did Lark Voorhies Get Plastic Surgery?

Okay, so I watched Saved by the Bell back in the day -- and I thought that Lisa Turtle was pretty dang adorable. But, now I want to know, what on EARTH happened to Lark Voorhies' face?

Fast forward to present day and Lark Voorhies (who played Lisa), looks ... well ... different.

Watch the video that catches you up on Voorhies -- I think it does, anyway. I was too distracted by trying to figure out what, exactly, is different about her face to pay attention to the interview.

Hey, we all age and that may be a factor for sure. She also is heavier than her Saved by the Bell days, which I can certainly sympathize with.

But Voorhies looks so very different. Did she have some work done around the eyes?

I can't quite pinpoint it and maybe the weight gain and makeup is to blame here, but she's looking a lot different than she used to.

Of course, plastic surgery rumors are rampant now, and the second video below from a couple of years ago dishes on Voorhies and the work she had done, including her eyes and Botox.

It looks like she's certainly puffier in the face too -- maybe she's on medication, like Ashley Judd was when she suffered major criticism (and then she fired back at the haters.)

The makeup job here is pretty whack too -- she looks overly powdered, doesn't she?

Do you think Voorhies had plastic surgery?

OK @ writer of article, I understand that you see the difference in her weight gain in Lark, but like you mentioned that's just time and we can accept that. And you saw the difference in her eyes, we know that's surgery.. got that point. However, I guess from the perspective of a Black female (i.e. me) I was damn near shocked into state of depression for her and not mentioning her skin tone seems to me that you are trying to avoid the race/skin issues. Ray Charles can see from miles away she has done a disservice to her body, especially her skin tone.. I just hopes she gets it together soon. So yes there is something really different about her.. and its the first thing you see.. she bleached a damn skin near white! I wonder why? hmmmm....

Well first of all, she seems REALLY nervous. Her voice sounds a little like mine when I get nervous -- unsteady and thin. As for her appearance, I'm trying to put my finger on just what looks "off" about her. It llooks like she may have a skin condition that she's trying to cover with makeup, which ends up looking like a really bad makeup job. Parts of her cheeks look heavily pigmented under the makeup. And that eyeshadow -- it's so distracting. I also think it looks like she doesn't have any eyelashes, which can look odd. Like @Lauren, I did notice that her overall skin tone seems lighter, but that could just be lighting.

I think it's mainly just a bad makeup job. If I look at pictures of me when I first did my makeup, they kinda looked like this...I used my lipstick as blush, eyeshadow and lipstick. It looks like she did her own make-up in the dark. None of the colors match her skin tone, let alone being blended. She's has the beginnings of a smoky eye, but the concealer and lack of eyeliner and mascara just make her look scary. I really think she tried to use her lip gloss as blush. (I've tried that trick before and it came out blotchy like cheeks look) The color of the lip gloss/blush is all wrong for her in this setting too. The hair color is not doing any wonders for her. She needs a stylist bad!!! I bet she would look 100% better if she had a good make-up artitst.
