Sean Penn Wants Scarlett Johansson to Lose Weight

When Scarlett Johansson was photographed running with Sean Penn, there was a lot of to-do about her belly and whether or not she looked pregnant. Since she has a sway back, sort of, I figured it was posture + a few extra lbs. However, word has it that Sean Penn wants Scarlett to lose any extra weight, ASAP.

I have a feeling that Scarlett wasn't planning on keeping extra weight on her frame if people were wondering whether or not she was pregnant, you know? Star reported that Sean and Scarlett were fighting because Scarlett's weight is a little higher than Sean would like, but he's a crusty old dude and a rebound. What say does he really have in this?

"Sean's urging Scarlett to go on a health kick, which she's taken personally since she's touchy about being heavier than she'd like," a source told the magazine, adding "she doesn't want Sean telling her she should."

Being someone whose weight goes up and down all the time, I am equally touchy about weight gain. Honestly, does someone think that mentioning your extra lbs or asking you to lose weight will help? It doesn't. Chances are that anyone you mention weight gain to already knows that they have some weight to lose, and they are working on it.

Scarlett's training for The Avengers, too, so it's not as if she's sitting on the couch eating chips. I would be amazed if this story were actually true, because it's so depressing.
