Semen-Tainted Yogurt Gets Supermarket Employee Jail Sentence
The Creepy Dude Will Spend Two Years in Prison
Well, this will ensure you'll never look at yogurt, or ANY free food samples at the supermarket, the same way again: an Albuquerque grocery store employee has been sentenced to two years in prison after admitting he contaminated yogurt samples with his semen and handed them out to unsuspecting customers.

Anthony Garcia, 32, pleaded guilty in October to doing the misdeeds at the Albuquerque Sunflower Market in January 2011, the Associated Press reports. But on Thursday, he was sentenced in the case that federal prosecutors called "sickening and appalling."
The gross details: Garcia 'fessed up to putting some of his semen on a plastic spoon that he placed beside yogurt samples, and then offered a female customer a yogurt sample.
The poor woman told police she tasted the sample, spit it out onto the floor and then wiped her mouth on her clothing to get the taste out of her mouth.

Garcia, by the way, has a history of nasty behavior. KRQE TV in Albuquerque reports he was put on probation after being convicted of walking around a Walmart for half an hour with his penis hanging out of his pants; that a female jogger accused him of exposing himself to her; that police believed he was masturbating outside a middle school and an apartment complex in 2001; and that, before he was even hired at the Sunflower Market, he was awaiting trial on child molestation charges.
Two years seems like too short a time for this guy to be off the streets, no?
