These Nighttime Snacks Keep Your Diet on Track

We all know that late night snacks can sabotage a healthy diet. However, nutrition experts say caloric intake is the culprit not time of day. The March Issue of Health Magazine offers up 7 bedtime snacks under 75 calories. So go ahead - munch away. Sweet dreams!
