Shia LaBeouf Admits to Hooking Up with Megan Fox

Shia LaBeouf Finally Confirms What We All Assumed (And David Silver's Bumming)

Their on-screen romance certainly sizzled, but was there any spark between Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox off the set of Transformers? After much scrutiny, LaBeouf has finally admitted that he hooked up with his sexy former co-star. (Gee, think it's because the new movie is opening Friday?) But he's not sharing too many details on their one-time romance.

When Details magazine asked LaBeouf if he hooked up with Fox while filming the Transformers movies, he simply nodded yes. So, he's not exactly kissing and telling; just confirming what most of us have assumed. 

The 25-year-old actor tells the magazine, "Look, you're on the set for six months, with someone who's rooting to be attracted to you, and you're rooting to be attracted to them." And it sounds like that attraction was there.

Of course, we're all wondering exactly when LaBeouf and 25-year-old Fox had their little fling and if it had anything to do with Fox's breaking off her 2009 engagement to now-husband Brian Austin Green. LaBeouf starts stumbling when asked and rambles, "I don't know, man. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know," concluding with a simple, "It what was it was."

So, now the big question on everyone's minds is whether or not LaBeouf found that same chemistry with new Transformers co-star Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Although, the Victoria's Secret model, who replaced Fox in the film, has been dating English actor Jason Statham since early 2010 -- just sayin'. Plus, LaBeouf is currently involved with stylist Karolyn Pho.

But the one-time Disney star does admit, "I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation," leading us to believe there were some real-life sparks with Huntington-Whiteley, too. We'll be looking at their on-screen chemistry for any hints of a hook-up when the movie comes out today and will expect to hear details three years from now -- when (and if) the next film in the franchise hits.
