You know how everyone's always saying that Chris Brown and Rihanna have started dating again (and even Oprah said she thought it was cool if they were)? Well, yesterday music's most contentious couple gave us a little Christmas gift -- they all but confirmed that they are, once again, back on.

For the first time since 2009 when he was arrested for having assaulted her before the Grammy awards, Brown and Rihanna were spotted out in public together.

Sitting courtside at the Staples Center for the Los Angeles Lakers vs. New York Knicks game. US Weekly reports that the pair looked very happy and was all smiles.

Spies at TMZ have reported that the on again/off again couple arrived in the same car and that after the game (which the Lakers won by 6 points) Rihanna posted an Instagram photo of she and brown with the caption "ThugLife #merryChristmas." Her parents must be so proud.
