From Lucasfilm comes this never-before-seen series of photographs from the set of Empire Strikes Back that not even the biggest Star Wars fan has laid eyes upon yet.
Ahead of an official unveiling at a convention in Florida later this year, George Lucas has offered a sneak preview of amazing images that show the film's stars behind-the-scenes joking around and having a good time.

Included are shots of director Irvin Kershner smooching his villain Darth Vader, Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia) and Harrison Ford (Han Solo) hugging it out, and Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) messing around with his soon-to-be severed hand.
