Stephen Moyer Talks About Proposing to Anna Paquin

British actor Stephen Moyer has opened up about how he proposed to his True Blood co-star and real-life love interest Anna Paquin. The hot Hollywood couple recently got engaged - and the location of the romantic proposal was inspired by the vampire-themed TV drama.

"There was a song in the first season, 'White Sandy Beach in Hawaii', which was kind of funny and ironic," Moyer told Access Hollywood. "[It] all started out as a joke and then we decided to go to Hawaii with my kids this year." The hunky actor, who has two children from previous relationships - Billy, 9, and Lilac, 7 - revealed he actually got down on one knee "on a white sandy beach in Hawaii". Stephen also revealed that he was personally involved in designing Anna's engagement ring. "A friend of mine is the jeweller Kathy Waterman," he added. "So I went to Kathy and we did some designs."
