Suri Cruise Has $150K Shoe Collection

Some kids like stuffed animals. Some kids like The Wiggles. And, then, some kids like shoes. Suri Cruise, the oft-photographed five-year-old daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, really likes shoes and, according to published reports, Little Miss Suri has a collection valued at $150,000 -- many of them heels. And when Suri wants more, you can bet her mom's not heading to PayLess.

With a collection rivalling that of Carrie Bradshaw, the mini fashionista's shoe closet boasts  many of the designers adults covet, but cannot afford. The hickup? It's hard to find cute little girl's shoes (Suri has a penchant for heels) so, as Star magazine reports, Holmes has had them custom made. I mean, what's a mom to do? Messrs. Blahnik and Louboutin don't typically cater to the under-6 set.

And there's no pulling the wool over Suri's eyes with some plebeian Hush Puppy or Mary Jane. The reports claim that she is "a massive fan of Marc Jacobs and she's had several shoes custom-made, so if they didn't come with a heel, Katie had them redesigned for Suri."

It's one thing that to covet someone like Khloe Kardashian's shoe closet, but it's hard to reconcile feeling jealous of a pre-kindergartener. Then again, Suri's wardrobe of designer clothes is supposedly valued $3 million, so I guess $150,000 sounds about right. Sigh.

Wouldn't it be awesome if at, say, 15, Suri suddenly decides that she only wants to wear Birkenstocks? With black socks!
