Suri Cruise Headed To Catholic Preschool

Katie Holmes winning battle over bringing Suri up with Scientology, according to reports.

Tom Cruise may be one of the Church of Scientology's most famous and devoted followers, but after almost three years of marriage wife Katie Holmes still isn't sold on the faith -- and Holmes wants to raise Suri as a good Catholic girl like she was brought up to be.

Cruise, 47, remains an avid Scientology follower but Holmes, 30, reportedly hasn't gone to a Scientology service in almost half a year. Now reports suggest that she's enrolled three-and-a-half-year-old Suri in a Catholic preschool in Boston, where the Holmes-Cruises are living while Tom films Wichita.

It's said Suri attended the Catholic Charities Yawkey Centre For Early Education And Learning for the first time last week. According to photos, Katie's mom was in town visiting her daughter and granddaughter, and the Holmes family is said to be very much in favor of Suri being raised Catholic as Katie was.

Meanwhile Celebitchy reports that TomKat has spent approximately $1 million on pre-pre-school education, special tutors and advanced education for Suri. While we don't believe she's fluent in Spanish just yet, we do know that she knows how to scream for ice cream, as the world caught her doing last week.
