TLC Takes Jon Gosselin To Court

Entertainment Tonight interviews with Hailey Glassman are not the only opportunities Jon Gosselin storms away from. In all the romance drama surrounding Jon lately, it's almost easy to forget that just a month ago he walked out on his own television show, Jon & Kate Plus 8...but an explosive new development reveals that TLC is finally putting the smack down on Jon Gosselin -- hard.
TLC is officially pursuing a civil suit against Jon Gosselin for a breach of his contract with the network that barred him from walking away from Jon & Kate Plus 8. And they're not going easy -- already they've made it clear that they're seeking depositions (pre-court testimony) from key witnesses like Hailey Glassman and Michael Lohan.
It's reported TLC could go in demanding a whopping amount of money from Jon Gosselin based on these contract violations, and that's only the beginning. Sources suggest that TLC could tally the financial damages that hit them when Jon ordered them to cease and desist taping...and this will mean more money out of Jon's pocket.
