After reading that Beyonce's favorite workout to banish "curves in the wrong places" while keeping good ones in the right places, I set out to perfect my routine. Beyonce might hate to be called "sexy" or "best looking," but let's face it: she really does look amazing! I've hunted down some stair climbing tips so that we can get that Beyonce butt.
This might just be my issue, but I don't relish the thought of actually catapulting myself up a stairwell. Not only is it noisy, but if you've ever fallen, you know that you could seriously hurt yourself while going up or down.
After getting a traditional StairMaster workout, try this cool squat move for serious toning. Side squats work the back, inner thighs, quads, calves, and core, so they'll tone you up in no time, and they're still on the stairs.
*Stand with your left side about a foot away from the stairs.
*Put your left foot on the second step, and raise your arms above your head.
*Straighten your left leg and let your right leg come off the ground.
*Hold for a beat and then lower yourself down. Try to rock out 12 reps on each side.
