Target's 'Hunger Games' Items Include $999 Mockingjay Pin

To coincide with the DVD/Blu-ray release on August 18, Target is getting in on The Hunger Games craze, by offering high end merchandise for die hard fans.

Or fans with a little extra spending money, anyway.

Look for Target's limited edition Hunger Games merchandise to be available on August 18, timed with the highly anticipated DVD and Blu-ray release.

Among the high-end Hunger Games items is a $999 Mockingjay pin in 14-carat-gold and a replica of Katniss Everdeen's leather jacket for $349.

Superfans can also pick up a signed lithograph with Hunger Games' stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth's signatures, for $699.

Did I mention the limited quantities?

Target.com will only have 100 of each Hunger Games item available over three days (though it's unlikely anything will be left after day one).

If the odds aren't in your favor (or the money isn't in your bank account) for the pricey Hunger Games merch, Target will also have more affordable options, with bed linens, backpacks, picture frames, jewelry and cardboard cut-outs that tie in with the film.
