Taylor Swift Thanks Her Fans

I'm pretty sure we're her biggest fans, after all. But really, how fantastic is it that a celebrity is actually taking time out to thank all her fans? Taylor Swift does have a lot of support from fans, but that's mostly because she's such a humble, good person. It's hard not to like her!

What a year for Taylor Swift.  2009 was very different for her than any other year in the past. She totally blew up and gained a huge amount of popularity, pretty much all within 12 months. She says she has her fans to thank: "Thank you again for everything you guys have done to make all of these magical things happen to me... I was talking to my producer, Nathan, today about everything that's happened this year. We were being nostalgic and going back to this time four years ago, three years ago, two years ago. Now this year. We just can't believe it."

I can believe it. Because Taylor Swift deserves everything coming her way. And as upset as we were over what Kanye West did to her back at the VMAs, it now seems like that was one of the best things that could have happened to her. Support from her fans shot way up after that incident.

And the crazy thing about all this success is that Taylor Swift is still a teenager! Though, not for too much longer; her birthday is in a week. She says, "counting down to my birthday. I'm only a teenager for another week! I'm starting to practice saying 'Twenty' when people ask me how old I am. Weird. Cool? I guess it's inevitable, so... Awesome!"

I have a feeling Taylor Swift's teenage years aren't even going to be the best she sees. And that's saying a lot! Thank you, Taylor Swift, for giving us good music we can sing along to! Now we want to hear more about kissing Taylor Lautner.
