Dating rumors started to heat up when Swift was spotted hugging Schwarzenegger during the Fourth of July holiday, as the pair were photographed together at the Kennedy compound in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts.

A source told Us Weekly, "They are getting to know each other, but she thinks he's cute!"

While it's unclear if they are an item or just friends, Swift and a pal, Glee star Dianna Agron, seemed to be enjoying their time with the Kennedy family, which included sailing and a beach bonfire.

The source added, "We will see! But she didn't go there just for him."

So, it sounds like they're still in the early stages of things.

Just a little advice for Swift: take it slow! Don't rush in, get your heart broken and write another song about it.

HollywoodLife.com reports, however, that Schwarzenegger and Swift are just friends, with a source telling the site "Patrick and Taylor are friends only," adding, "She was in town to sing with James Taylor at an event at Tanglewood and is friendly with Patrick and the Kennedy family. It was all friendly and nothing in a loving manner."

Interestingly, Schwarzenegger is now filming Grown Ups 2 with Swift's ex-boyfriend Taylor Lautner.
