Thandie Newton might find herself in more than her fair share of "sexy and mysterious" roles, but she's not a flirt in her personal life. The actress recently admitted that she doesn't flirt, having given up "the game" years ago. Hear, hear!

Thandie says that her strong relationships with her guy friends comes from her refusal to use her sexuality to manipulate and charm.

"I've never dated an actor, just had the odd fling. Isn't that weird? I don't flirt with people - a long time ago, I stopped using my sexuality to have a relationship with people," she said. "I don't really think you get a sense of me, sexually, and that's why I have really great relationships with straight men."

Even though Thandie is married to Ol Parker, a writer, and has two kids, she did admit that she thought that John Cusack was cute while filming 2012.

About her co-star, Thandie said "He's so sweet! Remember 'Say Anything' and the scene where he's holding up the stereo? John is smart; he's got great integrity and he's got that look. Like he would know what to do with you. He's a very sexy man. Even my mum was like, 'Ooh yes!'"

Thandie might not let her sexuality rule her friendships, but she's okay with putting it on display for a rousing interview's sake: "Like he would know what to do with you." Oh my!
