Halloween fanatic Heidi Klum - who spends months perfecting her costume in anticipation of her annual, star-studded Halloween party in New York - could easily take several of the top spots herself. Then there's Kelly Ripa, who, along with a co-host, always nails a perfect celebrity spoof.
