You know that thing, where you get so drunk, you lose your beloved iPhone and kick yourself for getting so loaded in the first place?

Well, worry no more, as one company is looking to develop a cheap phone that you can use when you're out at the bar, without fear of losing it.

Dubbed the "drunk phone," these cheapies are the perfect solution to those drunken nights when you drop your iPhone in the toilet or it falls out of your pocket on the street.

Laura Krajecki, chief consumer officer at Starcom MediaVest Group, said they are currently working on researching the possibilities of the drunk phones, telling Ad Age:

"We were just doing global research with field strategists in understanding the role of beer in Saturday night around the world vs. other drinks. In studying beer, we started to discover that young adults cherish their smart phones and iPhones so much that they don't want to lose them if they have an epic night out. Now they take what they call their "drunk phone," a cheap low-end phone, so now they are carrying two phones because they don't want to lose their smart phone."

Let's just hope if it comes to market, it has a better name than a "drunk phone."
