What's the most frustrating thing about wearing a winter scarf? When it constantly unravels and won't get tight enough to keep your neck warm. Well, that's one problem you can certainly eliminate by donning an infinity scarf. And not only will infinity scarves keep you super warm, but they'll also keep you stylish, too!

As our country is currently experiencing some major cold spells and snow storms, most of us are open to anything that will keep us a little bit warmer. Without sacrificing style, of course. Enter the infinity scarf. Also known as the eternity scarf. Or the loops scarf. While people have been wearing them for years, infinity scarves really started picking up popularity this winter. And considering it's been a cold one, I'm seriously thankful for that.

The infinity scarf is basically a single loop of fabric, so you can just put it on over your head without having to loop the ends around. Once on, you can generally do quite a few things with your infinity scarf. You can leave the scarf loose for a fashionable look or loop it back over your head again for a tighter, warmer look and feel. Because the scarf is an infinite loop, you can adjust it to get any draping look you desire... no loose ends! Some infinity scarves also give you enough fabric to allow you to drape the scarf up over your head to create a warm hood.

One of my least favorite things about wearing a winter scarf for me is trying to take it off. I can never find the ends and always find myself tightening the scarf instead of loosening it. But with the infinity scarf, you just lift it over your head. And nobody stands staring at you wondering why you're coming close to choking yourself. Phew. Infinity scarves come in all kinds of colors and fabrics, from wool to cotton to silk, so you can always find one to fit the occasion.

Now I feel like if I drape myself in an infinity scarf I can go out and face this new snowstorm. If you need an infinity scarf (or two), head over to TheFind.com and choose the one that suits you best. For this horrible January weather, I'm suggesting a nice thick wool one. Of course, if you're in California (jealous!), you can spring for the silk.
