We've heard rumors that Natalie Massenet (of Net-a-porter) will be launching an outlet site called Theoutnet.com. YES! Words cannot describe our excitement. Chloe discounted? It doesn't get much better than that.
Although, in today's economy just about everything seems to be on sale.
