Tiger Woods And Elin Nordegren Spotted Kissing In Public

We've just gotten hold of a report that Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren have officially reconciled (this should make Tiger's mom happy). Witnesses spotted the Woods kissing and hugging publicly on Monday, as their Orlando-area neighbors are said to be "getting used to seeing them together again."

The report comes from Radar Online who are said to have spoken exclusively with Tiger Woods' neighbors. Apparently Elin Nordegren was out playing tennis on Monday afternoon before meeting up with Tiger. The report suggests that when the pair saw each other, they approached one another and acted warmly and even loving. An eyewitness says, "They were hugging and they were kissing right out in the open. Elin is certainly a lot more relaxed these days and so is he."

Last week's report that Tiger Woods had convinced Elin Nordegren to move back into his home appears to be true, although Elin hasn't yet made the move. (Sources say she's planning to.) The source who spoke to Radar says there's "no question" the Tiger Woods divorce is off and that Tiger is "winning [Elin] back." "They've come a long, long way," the source is quoted saying. "There was a time when she wouldn't even look at him."
