Tiger Woods Mistress Rachel Uchitel Lands TV Gig
Rachel Uchitel will report night life beats on Extra.
We were worried this would happen. We've just gotten a report that Tiger Woods' so-called Mistress #1 Rachel Uchitel has landed herself a gig on the evening entertainment news show Extra. Here's how it happened.
Rachel Uchitel appeared for an interview by Mario Lopez on Extra recently, and a rep at Extra has told the New York Post that Uchitel "so impressed producers that she's been offered a job as a special correspondent."
Un. Be. Lievable! Why producers think viewers will care to watch Uchitel remains a mystery to us, but reports suggest that she'll contribute to Extra covering her area of expertise: nightlife.
While it's said Uchitel refuses to dish on the show about her affair with Tiger Woods that led to him wrecking his marriage (and his life), a somewhat-scandalous tidbit that could prove to be an audience draw is the rumor that Uchitel is going to talk about her love life and how she hopes to find a husband and have children soon (sounds like her 35-year-old clock is ticking, and with her romantic history, she has some serious fast footwork to do).

Another high-profile celeb who just won't go away is Heidi Montag, whom we have in a bikini right here talking about how she wants to model in Playboy again...yikes. How about some good TV news for a change? Lady Gaga and Cyndi Lauper have teamed up to promote HIV awareness for women -- go here for our video of these two pop icons on GMA Wednesday. Love it!
