Tila Tequila and Shawn Merriman Settle Lawsuit

What, she couldn't just

Either Tila Tequila and Shawn Merriman are tired of fighting, or their stunts just aren't getting much publicity anymore. The reality star and her ex-boyfriend   have resolved both of their lawsuits.

According to Tequila's attorney, Cyrus Nownejad, "all matters" in the separate cases between the two celebrities have been resolved, reports E! News.

The debacle began last September, when tequila, 27, claimed the linebacker for the San Diego Chargers tried to choke her. She would later file a $1.5 million civil suit saying the NFL star was guilty of assault, battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress.

Merriman, 25, then fought back with a suit of his own, claiming the pint-sized reality star interfered with a big-time apparel deal he had in the works with Wal-Mart.

Needless to say, the legal wranglings appear to be over and the two can now get back to their separate lives. And let's hope that's the way it stays.
