Tom Cruise Suing Life & Style for Suri Cruise Coverage
Why Were Cops Called to Tom Cruise's Home?
There's a lot of Tom Cruise buzz this morning.
First off, Cruise filed a $50 million lawsuit last week against the publishers of Life & Style magazine because they reported that he has abandoned his daughter, Suri Cruise.
He's suing mad -- to the tune of $50 million.

According to Bert Fields, Cruise's attorney, the mag's claim of abandonment is a "vicious lie."
Fields explained to the Associated Press, "Tom is a caring father who dearly loves Suri. She's a vital part of his life and always will be. To say it in lurid headlines with a tearful picture of Suri is reprehensible."
Since Cruise and Katie Holmes' divorce earlier this year, there has been plenty of tabloid buzz about the couple.
Fields notes that if Cruise wins the lawsuit, he will give the money to charity.
Meanwhile, cops were on the scene at Cruise's house in Beverly Hills last night, when one of his neighbors got drunk and ended up on his property.

According to TMZ.com, the man tried to climb a fence at Cruise's home and ended up being Tasered by the cops.
He was arrested for trespassing, though police believe he may have thought it was his property and not neighbor Cruise's. Hmm. Must be a pretty rich drunk dude if that's what really happened.
Do you think it's wrong for magazine's like Life & Style to try to stir up controversy with such headlines? Or, is it their right to report on people in the public eye?
