The battle for Earth's future is being waged. Charged with safeguarding our planet are...Tommy Lee and Ludacris. What? These dudes don't exactly scream "Green Living" to you, either? TLC and Planet Green would like us to rethink our narrow-minded environmentalism. (Excuse us?)

Both networks are debuting, Battleground Earth, a competition-style reality show in which "Toxic Tommy" and "Luda the Polluta" (we're still smirking over that one), go head-to-head to see who can live a more eco-friendly life. The two travel across the country taking part in green challenges (like learning how to turn frying oil into biodiesel). Throughout the series, celebs like Magic Johnson, Wayne Brady, Travis Tritt, and Criss Angel will pipe in to offer green-living tips. Check out the eco-ragin' tonight at 8/7c on TLC.
