Tone Up Like Kristin Cavallari
Try the Suitcase Walk for Core Toning
Looking for a new way to develop a strong core along with your arms and shoulders? You might want to get ready for summer vacationing with a suitcase-style stroll.
Kristin Cavallari inspired us with her amazingly trim bod, and we know that part of her secret is core strength. To tone yourself with a new exercise, get a dumbbell that weighs in at around 20 pounds, or up until 30 if you require something heavier for your core.
Then, hold the dumbbell with a straight arm as if you were carrying a suitcase, and walk about 100 feet, or back and forth until you get to about 100 feet in total.
Bend your knees, put down the weight, and pick it up with the other hand. Get walking!
Since Kristen is now going to be on The Hills and is poised to make bank with her new spot, she'll probably have someone carrying that luggage for her. At least her trainer will probably still be whipping her into shape!
