Tracy Anderson Slams Women Who "Let Their Bodies Go"
Celeb Trainer Tracy Anderson Disses Pregnant Women
Something tells me celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson's dig on pregnant women isn't going to win over many moms.
Anderson, who has shaped the likes of Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow, has some strong words for the ladies who "let their bodies go" during pregnancy.
Anderson, who recently had her second baby, appears to now be an expert on pregnancy and women's "excuse to let their bodies go."

Those are fightin' words, Ms. Anderson!
Anderson tells DuJour magazine (via RadarOnline), "A lot of women use pregnancy as an excuse to let their bodies go, and that's the worst thing."
Anderson can trash talk because it only took her six weeks to lose all the baby weight.
She added, "I've seen so many women who come to me right after (having children) with disaster bodies that have gone through hell, or they come to me years later and say, ‘Oh, my body is like this because I had three kids.'"
Wow, "disaster bodies that have gone through hell," huh? So much for the beauty of pregnancy.
Anderson did have her own struggle with her first pregnancy, when she put on 60 pounds, but her second pregnancy she only gained 30 pounds.

She shares that she still has 10 pounds left to lose to reach her ideal weight and does have an ounce of understanding about how hard it can be to get back to pre-pregnancy weight, saying, "I know that the journey of getting back to your best level of performance physically is very hard, but it's an incredibly empowering place to be."
Does Anderson motivate moms struggling to lose the baby weight or does she come off as an ass?
