We want the money details!

We all know the stars of the Twilight Saga are raking it in big. Especially after last weekend's huge debut of New Moon. But just how much are they making? E! helps us understand just how their salaries seem to be working.

First of all, we find it interesting to learn that the stars of Twilight still aren't labeled as A-list celebrities. The definition of an A-list celeb is one who can "open a film on name alone and do it across many, many demographics, from teens to retirees." While most people we know absolutely love Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, it's true our parents probably don't know anything about them. And lots of people probably still haven't heard of them (we know... the horror!).

But that doesn't mean the stars aren't still making bank. In fact, it's being said that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have been given a raise, having made $2 million for the first Twilight movie, to making $12 million for New Moon. Wow, that's quite the raise! But also a well-deserved one. They will also see some sort of percentage of the profits!

.

According to entertainment attorney Christopher J. Cabott, "The percentage is usually pretty small-5 percent or less-but I have seen them higher... In most cases, the costs to make the film never get fully recouped and the talent's percentage never comes into play. On a blockbuster like Twilight: New Moon, however, the costs should get recouped and the talent's percentage on net profits should equate to a handsome payday."

The stars will likely be receiving some gifts as well. And we're sure they'll be making even more for Eclipse. Sounds like quite the life, huh? Of course, the stars do work hard for their money, not only filming the movies but also going on press tours.

So now that we know how rich Robert Pattinson is, does that make us like him even more?
