Twilight's Rachelle LeFevre Loves Filming in Canada
She wants to go back home
Rachelle LeFevre, who plays Victoria in the Twilight movies, is from Montreal, Canada. After moving to Los Angeles, she decided she wanted to do a movie back in Canada every year. And so far, she’s doing just fine reaching her goal.
It makes sense that Rachelle wants to come back to her home turf every once in a while. The Twilight vampire says, “When I moved to L.A. like, five years ago, I said to myself: 'My goal is to do a project on Canadian soil every year. And so far I've managed it.” We’d say she’s more than managed it.
Rachelle’s been up to so much in Canada recently, we’re not even sure she really actually lives in Los Angeles. Last year she shot CBS’s The Summit in Ontario. Last month she finished filming New Moon in Vancouver. Today is supposed to be her last day filming Casino Jack in Toronto. And in August Rachelle will be back in Vancouver to film the third Twilight movie, Eclipse. Yikes. How on Earth does Rachelle manage to land all these Canadian flicks?
We wonder how she manages all these jobs in general. According to Rachelle, “The more I work, the less sleep I get, the more hair and makeup I need.” Makes sense to us.
Rachelle Lefevre is also scheduled to make an appearance at Canada’s MuchMusic Video Awards on Sunday. It doesn’t look like sleep is on her schedule for any time soon!
