Valerie Bertinelli Workout Tips
Valerie Bertinelli's Exercise Routine
Valerie Bertinelli can be very motivating, because she has that "every woman" look that's good for those of us who are not celebs or supermodels. It sounds like her new workout DVD is going to be really doable, too. Would you try her routine?
The Losing It and Keeping Fit DVD will share Valerie's exercise tips, which do not include weights or any other special equipment. That's great, because that's such a turn-off with some workout DVDs! How many of you really have a few resistance bands and a step lying around?
Of course, Valerie had help with her routine--her trainer Christopher Lane put the whole thing together. Mr. Lane said that the routine was really "back to basics" and added that he had the star doing "step ups on the coffee table."
"Your body is your own best tool!" the star trainer said. "You don't need to have weights, you don't need fancy equipment. You can just do a lot of squats."
Valerie admitted that she still hates the first 20 minutes of running, but that when the endorphins kick in, she enjoys her jog. She credited her trainer for helping her run a marathon and get more fit, also saying that "He came up with a program that was so simple. Not easy, but simple. It still takes a lot to do, but we need to tell everybody, because anybody can do this. We did it in my living room."
