Gwynie Paltrow, Charlize Theron and Cameron Diaz Among the Stars Who May Don Posh Spice's Dresses for the Oscars

Laugh at Victoria Beckham's fashion mogul wishes if you will, but it appears that the one-time Posh Spice is finally getting some street cred for her designing efforts, even if the cred is coming from a very specific street … as in Rodeo Drive.

Beckham, reports the Daily Mail, has received requests from Oscar winners Gwyneth Paltrow and Charlize Theron, as well as Cameron Diaz, for dresses to wear to one of the year's biggest red carpet events: the Oscars on Feb. 26.

Beckham, who's currently in New York to unveil her latest collection during New York Fashion Week, has already made a splash this awards season, as Oscar nominee Michelle Williams has worn her dresses to events like an Oscar nominees luncheon and a BAFTA event last month.

Diaz, Drew Barrymore, Blake Lively, Mary J Blige and Elle Macpherson have also worn Beckham's dresses in the past.

"We do have requests in from stylists for the Oscars, but as our team is so small we don't have the opportunity to custom make dresses like the bigger fashion houses," a Beckham spokesperson told the Daily Mail.

"Nor do we have the big budgets to pay people to endorse our brand, so it's really a waiting game, and we won't know until the night if any of our dresses will be worn."
