Victoria Beckham to Design Handbags

It's about time!

We can't believe Victoria Beckham doesn't already have a line of handbags out! We're constantly seeing photos of her with new bags and we once heard she owns more than 100 Hermes bags in the classic style! But now, Victoria is finally getting down to business an creating a handbag line of her own.

It seems that anything Victoria Beckham designs will sell well. So, we have no doubt her upcoming handbag line will do amazingly. But with Victoria such a high-end designer bag fan, we wonder if she'd even carry her own bags around!

Or will her new handbag line be extremely high-end? We have no word on the price points for her bags, but we do know she's working with Katie Hillier on the new line. Hillier is known for working on accessories at Marc Jacobs and has had design roles at Luella, Henry Holland and Loewe. So, yes, it sounds like these bags could be pretty fabulous.

Victoria Beckham's spokesperson tells StyleList, "There is a bag line in development and Katie has consulted on the technical aspects of bag construction in line with her experience in the industry... As with all her ranges Victoria has sought the best consultants to ensure the highest level of quality at manufacture for her designs."
