Seriously … Watch a Disabled Veteran Transform His Life
Think yoga is some hippy-dippy exercise that's really about posing for poseurs? Or maybe you're already a yoga devotee? Either way, we'd still bet that you will be amazed by a video that has the Interwebs buzzing, featuring a disabled American military veteran who completely changed his life with yoga.

Arthur Boorman was a disabled veteran of the Gulf War, and for 15 years, he was told by his doctors that he would never walk again on his own, Blisstree.com reports. In fact, when we first see him in the video below, he's walking with two canes.
But Boorman had read about the ways yoga could potentially change his life, and though he was blown off by instructors he approached, he kept digging and came across an article about Diamond Dallas Page, a former pro wrestler who started his own yoga-for-guys program.
Boorman reached out to DDP via email, and the wrestling vet was so touched by Boorman's story that he began instructing him in the ways of yoga via phone and email.

The going was slow, and tough, at first, and in the clip, we see Boorman take a tumble and lose his balance more than once. But he stuck with it, and the video chronicles a complete body and life transformation that is nothing short of incredible: he starts off with two canes and ends up running, leaving the canes and 140 pounds behind.
Watch the video for yourself, and prepare to be inspired (and to shed a few tears):
