In a 20/20 interview slated to air tonight on ABC, Joan Rivers nearly accomplished the unthinkable - she almost turned the tables and made Barbara Walters cry. Well, ok, not cry really as much as squirm in her seat with a horrified, dumbfounded, "get me the heck out of here," look on her face.

How? With talk of vaginal surgery.

Love her or hate her, this clip of Rivers putting Walters on edge is a keeper.
