Ryan Seacrest crosses a line on the New Moon red carpet. Rare footage!
We reported Tuesday that Ryan Seacrest posted a dumbfounded tweet after his red carpet interview with Robert Pattinson at the New Moon premiere in Los Angeles Monday night. When he first sees Pattinson they shake hands and exchange a "Great to see you bro." Then when Seacrest asks about the Twilight fan craze, things still stay all good. But Seacrest goes in for the Kristen Stewart kill, which apparently is the forbidden fruit of New Moon publicity.
We've nabbed footage of the Fox star's fiasco, with Pattinson looking to his people for rescue and his publicist reacting angrily, shooing Rob out of the interview. Seacrest responds wondering what the heck the big deal is, and Rob simply replies saying that he wants fans to go see New Moon.
