What?! Demi and Ashton Were Never Married?

Or Is This Just Wishful Thinking by Mila Kunis?

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher broke up almost a year ago, yet the two still haven't filed for divorce, even though he has quite publicly -- via a string of PDA photos -- moved on with Mila Kunis … is that because Moore and Kutcher were never legally married?

That's the rumor floating around, RadarOnline reports.

Moore officially declared her relationship with Two and a Half Men star Kutcher over last November, after he had been caught cheating on her on their sixth wedding anniversary.

Yet neither of them has filed for divorce, furthering speculation that their 2005 wedding was a symbolic Kabbalah ceremony and not a legal marriage ceremony.

Moore and Kutcher held the ceremony in Sept. 2005, with 150 guests -- including Moore's ex-husband and babydaddy Bruce Willis -- present.

Meanwhile, The National Enquirer reports that Kunis, Kutcher's on-screen girlfriend when the two co-starred on That '70s Show and his current real-life love match, has also been telling her friends that Kutcher and Moore were never married.

"Mila's now saying she and Ashton want to marry and raise children, and she's assured stunned pals that he doesn't need a divorce from Demi because the two were never legally wed in a civil ceremony," a source told The Enquirer. "They got 'hitched' in a symbolic Kabbalah ceremony."

Reps for Moore didn't respond to request for comment on the rumors, RadarOnline reports.
