Not every Hollywood actor is as lucky as Chris Pratt. While Anna Faris' hubby recently announced he's pigging out in attempt to reach his goal weight of 300 lbs for a part in the upcoming movie Zero Dark 30, many more of his peers have been forced to drastically and painfully diet to slim down for certain coveted roles.
The latest male celeb to suffer for his craft: Matthew McConaughey, who's dropped 30 pounds to play an HIV-positive patient in the upcoming film, The Dallas Buyer's Club. His new, pale and shockingly gaunt frame was especially daunting at a recent event when the actor was photographed with wife Camila Alves, who was not only rocking her normal deep tan and curvy body, but had the extra oomph of her pregnant belly to boot. Next to her, McConaughey looked nearly invisible.
